Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the federal legislation on the environment as far it is not governed by particular provisions. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 12 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Prohibition against disturbances (II); Biological safety (III); Electric and electronic appliances (IV); Packaging of beverages (V); Fees (VI); Protection from noiseVII); Regulations as to local infrastructures (VIII); Plant protection products (IX); Fertilizers (X); Hazardous substances (XI); Final provisions (XII).
