Abstract

The Cane Planters and Millers Arbitration and Control Board, established under section 3 of the Sale of Canes (Control) Ordinance, 1964, shall be deemed to be established under this Act (sect. 3). The Board shall: (a) arbitrate disputes between planters, millers and middlemen; (b) control the milling of canes and the manufacture of sugar; (c) determine the quantity of sugar and by-products of sugar accruing to planters and millers; (d) do all such things as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act (sect. 6).
