Abstract

The present By-Laws enforce the Nuclear Safety and Control Act (S.C. 1997, c. 9). In particular, these By-Laws apply to the management and conduct of the affairs of the Commission, including any panel, and to the procedures to be followed in proceedings other than those prescribed in the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Rules of Procedure. The text consists of 8 sections.
