Abstract The Regulation prescribes the procedures by which energy supply merchants supply and energy users use the thermal energy and the cases when an energy supply merchant may discontinue the provision of energy supply services to separate energy users; and the cases when compensation is calculated, if the supplier detects that the user has violated this Regulation or a contract regarding the supply of thermal energy, as well as the amount and procedures for calculation of the compensation.
