Under the Regulation, the Food and Veterinary Service must submit a programme for monitoring and eradication of American foulbrood to the Ministry of Agriculture for coordination and publish it on its website within five working days after coordination thereof. The Regulation also provides for the obligation of the Agricultural Data Centre to register results of laboratory investigations in its database; the obligation of the owner of the bee colonies to collaborate and other measures for monitoring and eradicating the disease.
