Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the procedures by which the amount of such losses for users of land, which are connected with significant damage caused by the specially protected non-huntable species and migratory species of animals, must be determined. The Regulation provides that the losses must be indemnified by using the resources of the Latvian Environmental Protection Fund after establishing that the damage has been caused by specially protected non-huntable species and migratory species of animals.
