Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the mandatory harmlessness requirements for natural mineral water and spring water; the requirements for additional labelling of natural mineral water and spring water; the procedures by which a permit for the distribution of natural mineral water in the market is issued and cancelled; and the amount of the State fee for the issuance of a permit for the distribution of natural mineral water in the market and the procedures for the payment of the fee. The Regulation does not apply to mineral water which has been recognised as a medicinal product or which is used in medical treatment at thermal or hydrotherapy institutions which are located at the source of the water.
