Abstract

The Regulation prescribes conditions for the use of water resources; the procedures for the application and issue of a permit for the use of water resources and time periods; the conditions for the control and monitoring of the requirements specified in a permit; samples of the application for the receipt of a permit for the use of water resources and permit forms; and the criteria upon the observance of which a permit is not necessary.
