Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the procedures, by which the State Plant Protection Service examines and registers applications for the granting of breeder’s rights. The Service shall examine the received application within a time period of one month, examine information provided therein and notify the applicant in writing regarding registration of the application or a refusal to register the application.
