Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the procedures for the granting of state and European Union aid, as well as the criteria for the granting of aid and the amount thereof for the following measures: (1) partial repayment of credit interest to producers of primary agricultural products, cooperatives of agricultural and forestry services, merchants of processing of agricultural products, as well as in fishing and processing of fishery products; (2) for the improvement of the material base related to the performance of research and laboratory analyzes; and (3) agricultural research. The purpose of the support is to promote the implementation of agricultural and rural development investment projects and improvement of the material base in accordance with regulatory enactments on the procedure for granting state and European Union support in the form of open project applications for the measure "Investments in tangible assets".
