Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the measures for restricting the spread of the invasive alien plant species – Heracleum sosnowskyi Manden. (hogweed), the procedure and the methods for the eradication thereof; the procedures by which the State administration institutions shall provide information regarding the spread of the hogweed at the target groups of land use and the content of the information that shall be freely available to the public; and labour protection requirements when taking the measures for restricting the spread of the hogweed.
