The Centre is a co-ordinating and consultative State institution and the task thereof is to manage the elimination of a crisis during a proclaimed energy crisis and to manage liquidation measures of the consequences caused by the crisis. Measures connected with the elimination of a State energy crisis and the liquidation of the consequences caused by the crisis, will be financed from State budget funds. Measures connected with overcoming and elimination of a local energy crisis, will be financed from local government budget funds.
