Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the procedures for the registration of places where economic activity involving precious metals, precious stones and their articles is performed (hereinafter – the place of economic activity), prescribes the requirements for the labelling and mandatory assaying of precious metals, precious stones and their articles and the list of articles exempted from mandatory assaying and marking, and also the procedures for storing non-assayed precious metals, precious stones and their articles.
