Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the derogations from the hygiene requirements for slaughterhouses laid down in Annex III, Section I, Chapters II and III of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin in accordance with Article 10(4)(b) of Regulation No 853/2004; the number of slaughter animals; the conditions for the supply of meat; and the requirements for health mark and identification mark.
