In order to ensure the fulfilment of the requirements of this Regulation, the Radiation Safety Centre shall, in addition to the special permit (licence) or permit for activities with sources of ionising radiation, issue a document which certifies that the relevant technical design or transport complies with the requirements of the laws and regulations governing the transport of the radioactive material.
