Abstract

This Regulation determines the amount of the state fee and the payment procedure for the license to use the subsoil, the frequently encountered mineral extraction permit, the mineral deposit certificate and the coordination of the blasting work project to be carried out at the mineral extraction sites. The state fee for the subsoil use license, common mineral extraction permit and mineral deposit passport shall be paid before submitting the application for the relevant subsoil use license, common mineral extraction permit or mineral deposit passport for obtaining a deposit passport. The state fee for approval of the project of blasting works to be carried out at the mineral extraction site is paid before the project is submitted for approval. Payment is made using a non-cash payment in one of the following ways: (a) through a payment institution that has the right to provide payment services within the meaning of the Law on Payment Services and Electronic Money. When submitting an application to the State Environmental Service, indicate information about the fee payment made; and (b) using the online payment service in the information system of the State Environmental Service. The state fee for the subsoil use license, mineral deposit passport and approval of the project of blasting shall be included in the state basic budget, but the state fee for the frequently occurring mineral extraction permit - in the budget of the local municipality, whose administrative the territory contains common minerals.
