A quota however is not determined for milk, which is used for home consumption and animal feed by a milk producer. The Agricultural Data Centre administers milk quotas, calculates a levy for the exceeded milk quota, as well as calculates and collects a levy for an annual declaration of the direct sales quota and an annual declaration of the delivery quota not submitted by the deadline.
