Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to water issues in City-State Bremen. The Law completes the Water Resources Law of 9 May 2005. The text consists of 106 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Management of waterbodies (2); Special provisions concerning water (3);Compensation (4); Survey of waters (5); Competences and general rules of procedure (6); Penalties, transitional and final provisions (7).
