The operator of a designated laboratory shall provide the results of tests carried out on a sample for the purposes of these Regulations, with such information as is necessary to identify the sample and person concerned, to the Minister. The Minister and any person designated by the Minister may, to monitor compliance with these Regulations, process data relating to tests carried out for the purposes of these Regulations.
