The master of an Irish sea-fishing boat shall not engage in or cause or permit any person on board to engage in fishing for blue ling in the specified area and a boat shall not have blue ling on board or tranship blue ling within the specified area. The Regulations make provision with respect to prima facie evidence in prosecution of offences committed under these Regulations.
