Specific rules on the harvesting procedures are laid down. It is established that caged bluefin tuna shall at the moment of harvest be weighed. All the provisions of regulation 8 of the Aquaculture Operations Regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis to the operations regulated by these Regulations. Any person who contravenes these provisions shall be guilty of an offence against the Fisheries and Conservation Management Act.
