Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to birds of prey. In particular, section 2 establishes that the type of licence required, the wildlife management unit, zone or area and any other applicable restrictions to the capture of birds of prey are contained in the Schedule. The text consists of 8 sections and 1 Schedule.
