Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force 28 days after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

This Order declares certain organisms to be notifiable organisms for the purposes of the Biosecurity Act 1993. Organisms listed in the Order may be invasive plants or may affect amphibians, crustaceans, marine or freshwater environments, molluscs, livestock, birds, fish, forestry, horticulture, etc.
