This Order enters into force on 14 January 1999.
Abstract

This Order imposes a levy payable to the Animal Health Board (Incorporated) on adult cattle slaughtered in licensed premises in order to fund the National Bovine Tuberculosis Pest Management Strategy. Licensees of licensed premises are required to collect the levy from the owner of the adult cattle at the time of slaughter and pay the levy to the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, who in turn must account for the levy money collected to the Animal Health Board (Incorpo
