Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to sustainable production of electric energy from liquid biomass. The text consists of 79 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Sustainable development requirements (2); Certification (3); Central Information Register (4); Collection and processing of data, duty to report, official proceedings (5); Transitional and final provisions (6). Five Annexes are enclosed.
