Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food shall levy fees for official acts according to the Biomass Ordinance of 23 July 2009 (BGBl. I p. 2174) and the Biofuel Sustainable Development Ordinance of 30 September 2009 (BGBl. I p. 3182). The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
