Abstract

These Regulations update the Biofuels (Sustainability Criteria) Regulations. Definitions on renewable liquid and gaseous transport fuels of non-biological origin and starch-rich crop are added. Further amendments concern the greenhouse gas emission saving from the use of biofuels and bioliquids.
