Abstract This Regulation, under the Biofuels Act 2007, consisting of 10 sections and completed by one Schedule, regulates activities relating to the use of biofuel (ethanol) and licensing of activities relating to registration, production, storage and trade and prescribes the type of biofuel and its percentage by volume to be blended in any fuel.
