Abstract This Ordinance regulates state support for the management of biodiversity promotion areas on semi-natural habitats and arable land in the national territory.The text provides for a) eligibility for and areas of support; b) funding type and amount; c) eligibility requirements; and (d) subsidy procedure. The Ordinance aims to promote maintenance of ecologically high quality biodiversity support areas and the long-term connectivity of high quality habitats; and to increase the ecological and botanical quality of biodiversity areas and habitats.
