Abstract

The present Act is applicable to biocide products listed in article 3b, paragraph 1, of the Chemicals Act. Whoever brings biocide products into circulation has to notify them in agreement with article 12j of the above-mentioned Act. Article 3 lists the content of the said notification, and article 4 deals with admission procedures. The text consists of 6 articles.
