Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Act on protection against hazardous substances in its consolidated version of 25 July 1994 (BGBl. I p. 1703). Article 3 amends the Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use in its consolidated version of 9 September 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2296). And finally article 4 amends the Plant Protection Act in its consolidated version of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971, 1527, 3512). The text consists of 6 articles.
