Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to pesticides harmful to bees. In particular, article 2 establishes that it is prohibited to use plant protection products harmful to bees. However, article 3 lists some exceptions to be authorized by the competent authority. The text consists of 5 articles.
