Abstract The present Regulations enact the Agriculture and Marketing Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the grading of beef and veal carcass. In particular, section 3 establishes eleven grades for beef classes and section 4 establishes five grades for veal carcasses both with the respective names. Six Schedules are enclosed.
