Abstract

These Regulations enforce Community legislation on the classification of carcases of adult bovine animals or pigs. They provide for notifications to be made to the Secretary of State by operators of slaughterhouses which slaughter such animals and provide rules relative to, among other things, automatic grading and the keeping of records.
