An owner or person in charge of any hive shall notify the Minister of (suspected) presence of such diseases in a hive and shall not remove specified material from premises before inspection. An Inspector may take specified precautions against spread of infection by a bee disease and after examination showing presence of a disease, the Minister may impose certain restrictions on operations concerning bees or bee-related products.
