Abstract

This Order amends the Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Wales) Order 2006 so as to enforce in Wales article 13 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010. Certain conditions laid down in that Article apply to the introduction of defined species of queen bees and bumble bees from third countries into Wales.
