Abstract

This Order amends the Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Scotland) Order 2007 so as to make provision for the enforcement in Scotland of Article 13 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 in relation with conditions that apply after certain species of queen bees and bumble bees (Apis mellifera and Bombus spp.) from third countries are introduced into Scotland.
