The present Law enters into force on 1 April 1909.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to fisheries in the Free State of Bayern. The text consists of 113 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing rights (II); Practice of fishing rights (III); Protection of fisheries against damages (IV); Supervision of fisheries (V); Competence and procedures (VI); Penalties (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII).
