Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2006/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the management of bathing water quality. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the monitoring and classification of bathing water quality, the management of bathing water quality and the information of the public on bathing water quality.
