The present Ordinance enters into force on 31 August 2011.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Air Pollution Control Act (BGBl. I No 137/2002). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the ban of incinerating materials deriving from avalanches on grassland. Article 1 establishes that such material shall only be incinerated in the period from 16 April to 31 October. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Authorization of incinerating biogenetic material incurred by avalanches in alpine regions difficult to access (1); Safety measures (2); Relation to Salzburg Fire Police Ordinance 1973; Entry into force (4).
