Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Air Pollution Control Act (BGBl. I No 137/2002). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the ban of incinerating materials deriving from avalanches on grassland. Article 1 establishes that such material shall only be incinerated in the period from 16 April to 31 October.
