Abstract

These Regulations: (a) provide for powers of the Australian Horticultural Corporation, with respect to the regulation of the export of honey produced in Australia; (b) lay down criteria for the granting of licences to export honey as well as licence conditions and restrictions. Criteria for the granting of licences to be observed by the Corporation are listed in regulations 6 to 7. Export conditions and restrictions can be found in regulation 10. Other regulations deal with variation or cancellation of licences, returns and notifications. (16 Regulations and 2 Schedules prescribing financial arrangements and offences)
