Abstract This Act declares an Agreement between the Minister for Industrial Development on behalf of Queensland and Austra-Pacific Fertilizers Limited for the establishment of a fertilizer producing plant to be law. Further agreement between the Parties may be made but must be approved by Regulation. The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
