Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 21, paragraph 3, concerning costs of the Atomic Energy Act in the version of 31 October 1076 (BGBl. I p. 3053). Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the competent authorities shall levy fees for rendered services . Article 2 fixes the amount of those fees. The text – consisting of 11 articles – deals with the following matters: introduction, amount of fees, expenses for monitoring and inspection, exemption. personal exemption, prescription, transitional provisions and entry into force.
