Abstract

The Act empowers the Secretary of Commerce to administer, implement and enforce all provisions of the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) to which the U.S. is a Party and to issue Regulations for these purposes. It also concerns representation of the United States on the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and establishes an advisory committee.
