Abstract

The present Ordinance provides for the implementation of the Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Law of 14 December 2004. In particular the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the Assessment Commission with a view to soil protection and contaminated sites. Article 1 establishes that the Commission has the task to assess the quality of the soil and to advice competent authorities as to methods of soil improvements. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Tasks (1); Composition (2); Transactions and proceedings (3); Working of the Commission (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
