Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997. The Regulation lists in Schedules to every section various areas of wildlife management. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Trap-line areas (1); Black bear management areas (2); Designated Crown lands and provincial parks areas (3); Lands where hunting and trapping of furbearing mammals permitted (4); Special hunting areas (5); Wildlife management units (6); Areas South of the French and Mattawa rivers where Sunday gun hunting is permitted (7).
