Abstract

These Regulations amend the Aquaculture (Licence Application) Regulations 1998 in relation with application for an aquaculture licence and related environmental impact statements. The Regulations prescribe the content of such statements, define the power of the Minister to decide whether an aquaculture facility would have significant effects on the environment of the proposed site and require such decision to be made available to the public.
