Abstract

The purpose of these Provisions is to prevent the introduction of exotic plant quarantine pests, and protect the agricultural and forestry production safety and ecological environment. The Provisions consist of 28 Articles divided into 5 Chapters, dealing with: General matters; Start of risk analysis; Risk assessment; Risk management; Supplementary provisions.
