Abstract

This Regulation addresses several matters related to beekeeping. It is divided in 5 Parts. It is divided as follows: Regulation and control of beekeeping (II); Disease prevention, control and restriction (III); Review of particular decisions (IV); and Miscellaneous provisions (V). The Regulation is completed by 3 Schedules on: Diseases, Excluded part of the State and Diseases for which notice is not required.
