The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to emissions by asphalt plants. Section 2 establishes that a person must not sell antifreeze that contains 10% or more ethylene glycol by weight. The text consists of 4 sections.
